Our spacious spa suite with a two-person jetted tub and river view sets the tone for the ultimate romantic getaway. These are our most popular suites for a reason. Begin your stay with a glass of wine on your private deck overlooking Fall River. When you are ready to come inside, sit by the fireplace and watch a movie, whip together a light snack in your kitchen, or recover from a hike in the two-person jetted tub with river views. At the end of the day, a luxurious king bed awaits.
Spa Suites feature a ceilings, ceiling fans, king size beds, sitting areas, gas burning fireplaces, kitchens and private decks. Suites have air-conditioning available June – September only.
When reserving your suite, you may choose either a full or partial kitchen. The full kitchen includes a stove and oven. But don’t overlook the partial kitchen… it has more than you would expect!

Get comfortable in your private, one bedroom apartment. Relax on your riverfront deck. Hang out in your living room featuring a gas fireplace, kitchenette, and 42” TV and mountain views. Unwind in the oversized jetted tub in the bathroom. Retire to a luxurious king bed in the separate bedroom. It’s perfect for a couple, but spacious enough for a family of four.
Choose upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs units have vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in the living room and a skylight above the jetted tub in the bathroom. Downstairs units have a larger deck and walkout access to the river. All units have air-conditioning available June – September only.

The Aspen Suite is the perfect getaway. This two-bedroom, air conditioned, upstairs unit has lots of space and amazing views of Fall River, the aspen and pine trees and the local wildlife. It’s oversized great room, featuring a wall of windows, is a focal point for gathering friends and family together.
The Aspen Suite’s great room features two decks with amazing views. Inside, spacious living quarters feature a sofa, loveseat and easy chair facing a gas fireplace and 50” TV. At the other end of the great room is the kitchen featuring a full-sized refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of counter space. It also has an 8-cup coffeemaker, toaster-oven, dishes, glasses and silverware, paper towels and dishtowels. This inviting kitchen is perfect for whipping up a big dinner to serve at the dining table that seats 6.
The master suite offers a king bed, TV, and a master bath with both a walk-in shower and a two-person jetted tub with skylights. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Each bed features a firm mattress with pillow top and a billowy comforter. Additional guests can sleep in the queen sofa-bed in the living room. A half bath is available off the living room (but the only shower/bath facilities are in the master suite).

It also has an 8-cup coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, glasses and silverware, paper towels and dishtowels. This inviting kitchen is perfect for whipping up a big dinner to serve at the dining table that seats 6.
Retire to your cozy bedroom with a luxurious queen bed and TV. The bed has a firm mattress with pillow top. The bathroom is accessible from the living room and has an oversized jetted-tub/shower combo.

Families love the Mountain Suite. Its large living room is the perfect space for everyone to share. Whether watching a movie and enjoying a fire in the fireplace, or sitting down to a proper meal at the dining table, the air conditioned Mountain Suite builds family bonds.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, 8-cup coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Of course dishes, glasses, silverware, paper towels and dishtowels are also included.
The bedroom features a luxurious queen bed, its own TV, a walk-in closet and direct access to the bathroom. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, gas fireplace, TV and direct access to the bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo

When simple and sweet is all you need, choose the Country Suite. Overlooking the bend in the Fall River, the Country Suite is a charming one-bedroom, air conditioned suite. Relax in the living room with TV and a queen-size sofa bed. The small kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, and microwave with a two-seat dinette. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with an 8-cup coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware, paper towels and dishtowels.
Proceeding through the kitchen, you reach the bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and an additional TV. The bathroom is spacious and features a shower/tub combo.
While this suite does not have a private deck, it is located close to great riverfront sitting areas
