Guest Services Agent

Boulder Brook on Fall River is an intimate 19-suite, riverfront property in Estes Park, Colorado. We are currently looking to fill a Guest Services Agent position in our front office.

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensuring that the needs of our guests, and prospective guests are met. The Guest Services Agent handles traditional front desk duties such as reservations, deposits and payments, check-in and check-out, responding to prospective guest inquiries, ensures that all special packages, promotions and guest amenities are handled correctly, and is the guests’ primary point of contact during their stay.

The Guest Services Agent must have an outgoing personality, be able to work independently and be a confident problem solver. The ability to multi-task, while attending to details is vital for success. Must have strong writing skills.

Prior hotel front desk or guest services experience preferred. Experience with RezStream software helpful but not required.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
