About Us

After years of working in the corporate world, we were seeking a quieter lifestyle. Christopher wanted to get out from behind a desk and to live in the mountains. Kimberly wanted to work in hospitality or special events again. We spent a year searching for the right opportunity, and finally found that at Boulder Brook.

We reached out to our families and found the resources to purchase Boulder Brook in September 2008.  Since that time, our family has grown with the addition of our daughter, Madison. Christopher and I work jointly as General Managers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Kimberly’s brother, Casey, has joined the maintenance team.

For good reason, we retained the existing staff at Boulder Brook. They are great!  Linda has been working the Front Desk for 12 years!  And Norma and her housekeeping team keep the rooms in great shape. We’ve also added some great new team members.

Living on-site at the property, we are intimately involved with all aspects of the resort. We want all guests to feel as if Boulder Brook is their home away from home. It is our home, and we love sharing Boulder Brook with the many guests who visit each year.
