Guest Accommodations:
Spa Suites - Ideal for 2 adults (Sorry, no children)
One Bedroom & Country Lodge Suites: Up to 4 guests.
Mountain & Riverview Suites: Up to six people with extra beds. Extra mattresses and cribs are available for a fee of $10/night. Call the Front Desk to arrange.
Reservation Deposit:
In order to book a reservation, guests must pay a deposit equal to the first night's room & tax or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater.
Minimum Stay:
From June 15 to September 30, there is a two-night minimum stay. One night stays are available with a $20 surcharge, subject to availability and cannot be booked online.
Discounts:
5% Senior Discount (65 and Older)
5% Active Military Discount
10% Discount for stays of 7 nights or more

Cancellations 15 days or more days prior to scheduled arrival are eligible for a deposit refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 15 days of scheduled arrival are non-refundable. No refunds or reschedules are allowed after check-in.
Boulder Brook is a smoke-free environment,
indoors and out. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
