Policies
Reservations and Deposits
Boulder Brook accepts reservations up to 12 months in advance. All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of one night’s stay or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater. Payment for the balance of the reservation is due at check in.
If sufficient time is provided, guests who prefer not to pay their deposit by credit card will be allowed up to 7 days to mail a check or money order to confirm their reservation. Guests who pay in cash will be required to leave a credit card imprint at check in, or a $100 cash deposit (in addition to full payment of the room rental) at time of check in. This deposit will be refunded at check out, less any incidental charges.
Cancellations
Cancellations 15 days or more days prior to scheduled arrival are eligible for a deposit refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 15 days of scheduled arrival are non-refundable. No refunds or re-schedules are allowed after check-in.
No Smoking Property
Boulder Brook is a NO SMOKING FACILITY. Smoking is not permitted in the suites or on the resort grounds. A $150 fine per day will be assessed if any signs of smoking are found. Guests found violating this policy may be asked to vacate with no refund.
Pet Policy Pets are not allowed on the property. A $150 fine per day will be issued if a pet is discovered in your suite, reported to our staff, or if we find signs that a pet has been in your suite. Guests found violating this policy may be asked to vacate with no refund.
In-Room Mini-Bar
For your convenience, a mini-bar has been provided in your room. A price list is posted near the mini-bar and is available at the Front Desk, if missing. Guests are responsible for all items removed from the mini-bar. At check out, mini-bar charges will be assessed to the credit card provided at check in. If you prefer that these charges not be posted to your credit card, please come by the Front Desk to make alternate payment arrangements.
DVD and VHS Rentals
Boulder Brook offers a DVD and VHS library available for guests to check out at no charge. Guests may keep the DVD/videos for the duration of their stay. If the movie is not returned at check out or found in the room, guests will be charged $25 per missing DVD or VHS to the credit card provided at check-in.
We understand that on occasion a DVD gets scratched or a VHS tape gets eaten by the VCR. If a DVD or VHS becomes damaged, please return it to the Front Desk and notify the staff of the damage. Thank you!
Extra towels, BBQ utensils, and other Boulder Brook personal property
Boulder Brook offers many personal items for guest use during their stay, including extra towels, bathrobes, and BBQ utensils. These items remain the property of Boulder Brook and should be returned to the Front Desk or left in your room at check out. Missing items will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest at check in, based up on management’s replacement value.
