26th Annual Duck Race

Every year around the first of May, Estes Park’s annual Duck Race raises spirits and funds for local charities. Thousands of rubber ducks meet up at Nicky’s Resort (walking distance from Boulder Brook) to be ceremoniously dropped into Fall River for their journey downtown where they are scooped up at Riverside Plaza surrounded by family activities, music, and entertainment.  No duck gets left behind!
